Introduction/简介
Our tour is carefully designed for the American college students’ education and entertainment. Our first stop will be Nanjing, a 2,500 year old city. We’ll visit a World Heritage Site, the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum; the largest exam center in Ancient China, the China Imperial Examination Museum; and the former residence of Pearl Buck, a Nobel Prize Laureate for Literature. We will also get to see one of the World's Top Ten Most Beautiful Bookstores, the Pioneer Bookstore! You can take a close look at the Chinese folklore arts. This section of the journey is an amazing experience within a world literary capital.
The second city on the tour is Yangzhou, a place Marco Polo called “the most Chinese city.” Here we will visit beautiful gardens and landmarks as well as prominent city centers. We’ll taste the charm of Yangzhou’s gourmet specialties and share in its 2000 year culinary culture from breakfast to dinner. This tour section should delight your senses.
